Electron Beam Welding
Acceleron has 20 electron beam welding machines ranging from 3 Kw to 25 Kw of power, chamber sizes up to 72" x 60" x 108" long and full IKE capabilities. Welding depths range from .001" to 3.5".

Laser Services - Welding, Cutting, Slotting, Drilling, Marking and Engraving
Acceleron offers CO2 and YAG laser welding, cutting, slotting, drilling, marking and engraving services. We work accurately and reliably with materials such as metals, glass, ceramics, woods, fabrics, Teflon, some plastics and more.

High-Speed Electron Beam Drilling
Acceleron offers electron beam drilling from 1 to 2000 holes per second, in materials that are .002" to .200" thick. Average hole diameters range from .002" to .040". Typical metals drilled include 316, 17-4, 410, TI, Stellite and many more. Non-metals, such as ceramics, quartz and sapphire, can also be drilled.

Engineering and Design Services
Acceleron offers electron beam engineering and CAD/CAM design assistance, as well as welded parts testing and evaluation. Combining extensive design and process engineering experience, Acceleron has developed tooling and fixturing innovations that significantly expand our assembly and production services. From medical devices to aerospace components and traditional assemblies, Acceleron can provide the support that customers need to manufacture finished products and sub-assemblies.

Our Total Quality Management (TQM) and Total Quality Control (TQC) Networks guarantee complete quality supervision and full traceability from incoming inspection, through all process steps, to final inspection and shipping. All procedures conform to applicable ISO and NADCAP specifications.
