Electron Beam Welding / EB Welding

At Acceleron, we are able to produce micro to macro high-volume electron beam welded parts on demand, in addition to single, one-of-a-kind prototypes. Acceleron's electron beam welding specialists work to each customer's specifications and scheduling requirements on every job. We are proud to offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee for quality and on-time delivery.

Acceleron operates twenty EB welding machines with available power up to 25 kw and chamber sizes from 23" x 24" x 28" (WxHxL) up to 60" x 72" x 108". Welding depths range from 0.001" to 3.5".

At Acceleron, our team will oversee each part requirement during its processing in order to assure uninterrupted production while maintaining high-quality assembly standards. Acceleron's research and development team further assists customers by providing finite materials analysis and prototype development services.

We also offer consulting engineering services that can handle a complete program, including product development when involving electron beam welding and parts assembly for optimal manufacturing efficiency.

See our list of electron beam welding facilities here.
